GENERAL DENTISTRY

At the dental clinic of Drs. Rapoport and Lasry, providing you and your family with the most excellent general dental care gives us the utmost pride. Our conservative treatment approach centers on prevention and maintenance. Our goal is NOT to leave you with a lengthy and expensive treatment plan at the end of your first visit, but to educate and inform our patients on what is needed to achieve and maintain oral health. As such, in depth examinations and cleanings are the backbone of the care we offer our patients on a regular basis.

We see patients of all age groups, including babies and the geriatric population. It is our pleasure to accommodate patients with special needs, including people with physical and mental disability. Our facility is wheelchair accessible. Anxious or fearful patients can often be treated under sedation.

At your first visit expect to fill out a detailed medical questionnaire. X-rays will be taken as needed to diagnose cavities, gum disease and other pathology of the teeth and bones. A visual oral cancer screening will be performed. Our beloved hygienists are known for their gentle yet thorough cleanings. Should a filling be necessary, aesthetic/tooth colored restorations are available.
